SERVICES

A lot of people employ a personal assistant. But what does a personal assistant really do? What is the job description?

Most of the time, I deal with administrative and secretarial tasks like making monitoring schedules, producing presentations, doing background research, organizing meetings, arranging travel accommodations, event planning, gift shopping, organizing paperwork, and making decisions in the absence of the client. I may sometimes be asked to do other duties. This may involve handling accounts, carrying out a specific project, and taking on some of the client’s load. I love a challenge, so if your requirements aren't listed here, please feel free to ask me.

I will also offer that extra technical help a client may need to get going. I can get your phone updated, enter all your information, then train you in how to best utilize all that information. I can update your social networking sites. I love technology and can translate tech-speak.

Given that I handle matters that are important to the client, I am trustworthy and exercise confidentiality and discretion at all times.

RATES

My 20-hour retainer rate is for those clients who require a minimum of twenty (20) hours each month. The 20-hour retainer rate is $43 per hour, billed in one-minute increments, with a twenty-hour minimum ($860) paid in advance every month.

My 10-hour retainer rate is for those clients who require a minimum of ten (10) hours each month. The 10-hour retainer rate is $54 per hour, billed in one-minute increments, with a ten-hour minimum ($540) paid in advance every month.

My 5-hour retainer rate is for those clients who require a minimum of five (5) hours each month. The 5-hour retainer rate is $59 per hour, billed in one-minute increments, with a five-hour minimum ($295) paid in advance every month.

My Pay-As-You-Go rate is for clients who have no monthly minimum requirement. This works best for clients with small projects. The PAYG rate is $79 per hour, billed in one-minute increments, paid in advance.

Additional hours are billed at the same retainer rate; however, unused time does not roll over to the next month.

Any expenses acquired specific to the client are billed to the client. Normal daily office supplies and equipment are my responsibility and expense.
